I have the same problem. I have tried with Windos XP, vista x32 and vista x64 and all them refuse to conncet the trends. I got mine with Obad Imports but they do not answer my mails. So, I gess now no one supports this product!

Please advise us the following; 1. Does your Trends UD-10 work with USB connection? 2. Do you have the Battery Pack? We would provide the warranty (including labor & parts) for all Trends Audio?s products. Please send the detail to [email protected].

I have bought UD 10 today. At the beguinning it works with the USB connexion normaly and the sound was very good. But now i alway have the same message I don't use the battery pack. Can you help me?
