I have three of the earlier TA-10 amps and absolutely love them. I have recommended them to all my friends. I know of at least six of your wonderful little amps amongst my friends.

I am going to replace the coupling capacitors with high grade capacitors that are directional. That is they sound much better in only one direction.

1) Please tell me what direction the signal travels through the coupling capacitors.
A) Does the signal enter the coupling capacitor from the end of the coupling capacitor nearest the front of the amp?
or does the signal enter the coupling capacitor from the end of the coupling capacitor that is nearest the back of the amp?

2) Also, does the signal travel the same direction through both capacitors?

The signal direction of the coupling capacitors is from the back of the amp towards the front. So, the +ve pole of the directional capacitors should be placed near the back side of the amp. Both capacitors are the same
