Can you connect the speaker outputs of the Trends TA-10 amp to the speaker-level inputs of a subwoofer? In other words, are the L and R negative speaker inputs tied together (e.g. to GND)? This is a problem for most tripath amps (e.g. Sonic Impact) because they do not tie the speaker terminals together.

The speaker terminals are NOT common grounded (negative). They are single-ended. So, you can only add an passive subwoofer by connecting SW(+ve) to Left (+ve) and SW(-ve) to Right (-ve). The connections of Left & Right speakers are as normal. But, the subwoofer's impedance should be half of the L/R speakers (i.e. if L/R speakers are 8ohm each, the subwoofer should be 4ohm).

It is ok to use an adaptor 13.8V 7A for two TA-10. But, two 13.8V 3.5A should be better (less interference). Beware that the voltage is too high. It is not recommend to use power supply up to 14V. So, you should ensure your supply is 13.8V (not higher actually).

Yes! You can. However, kindly take note that the speaker terminals are NOT common grounded (negative). They are single-ended.
