Lowering gain ? 3 Years ago
Hi,

and thank you for what I have found to be a very good product.Howsoever, My TA-10.1's have a gain far too high to be convenient in my setup. I guess it should be pretty easy to lower it, replacing just the input resistor? I could be happy with a gain of 10dB.

-I am using a good quality pre with _whopping_ output, and sounding best near full output. I've found that bypassing the pots of TA-10.1:S greatly enchances their performance, only promblem being that as power amps the lowest output level I can achieve with my pre and loudspeakers is just a good, realistic listening level, which is totally domestically unacceptable. (-sez wife:D)
So how could I lower their gain with some 20 dB, I remember that is was some 30dB?
